JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents authority to settle the shops in favour of petitioners on monthly rent or for a long time settlement on the rent fixed by the respondents authority as the petitioners, who are interested to take the shops in question

Patna High Court CWJC No.8247 of 2015 dt.20-08-2018 on rent and by on the basis of long term lease and are willing to pay the monthly rent fixed by the department; and for connected reliefs. 2, Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that representations dated 19.06.2014 and 11.12.2014 have been filed before the District Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur for settlement of shops in his favour, but the same has not been considered.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.

4. Having regard to the nature of the prayer of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Vaishali (Respondent no. 2) to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 19.06.2014 and 11.12.2014, if not already disposed of, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment.
