Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, while refuting the allegation, submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that petitioner have not named in FIR and there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. In view of specific allegation against the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45768 of 2019(7) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 that they were involved in the abduction of victim girl as stated in the statement of victim girl recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., the prayer for bail is refused.
