Counsel for the Complainant receives the same and signs in the margin of the order-sheet.

Considering the settlement, provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 13.01.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No.385 of 2012 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabua, is hereby confirmed. In exercise of powers under Section 482 Cr. P. C., I think it would be expedient to quash the further proceeding of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16414 of 2013 (13) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 Complaint Case.

Accordingly, further proceeding of Complaint Case No.385 of 2012 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabua, is hereby dropped.

The application stands allowed with the aforesaid direction/observation.
