====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 914 of 2019 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused namely, Dilip Kumar @ Dileep Kumar has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 13726 of 2020 on 06.03.2020, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 3608 of 2021(2) dt.22-09-2021 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 914 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
