1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for grant of an appropriate writ for a direction to the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the list of selected candidates for appointment on the post of Block Co-ordinator (NNM), Sitamarhi in the order of the District Programme Officer, ICDS, Sitamarhi issued

Patna High Court CWJC No.16943 of 2021(2) dt.21-02-2024 2/2 under Memo No.678 dated 29.5.2020 under the signature of the Collector, Sitamarhi (Annexure3) after necessary amendment (deletion/addition) in the order and to post the petitioner as a Block Co-ordinator at an appropriate place."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
