2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That the present writ petition is being preferred for the issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of the writ of mandamus for commanding and directing the authority concerned for the consideration and decision pertaining to consideration of her Training Course Session 198889 prepared by Staff Selection Commission of Bihar against the Advertisement No. 210/2010 in respect of integrated Session-wise Seniority list of Primary teachers and consequently for further consideration for remaining 2413 vacancies and further what-soever vacancies on the basis of eligibility, suitability and seniority on the strength of the change situations in terms of the direction issued by the Hon'ble Apex

Patna High Court CWJC No.1798 of 2015 dt.20-08-2018 2/2 Court while disposing off the contempt application being M.J.C. No. 297 of 2007 in S.L.P. No. 22882 of 2004 and Hon'ble High Court's oreders in C.W.J.C. no. 17899/2012 and for other necessary relief/reliefs in the facts and circumstances of the case the petitioner may entitle too."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the authorities calling for filing objections by 1st week of December, 2018, the matter be disposed off with liberty to do the same.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file her objection before the Staff Selection Commission within the date prescribed for such objection. Upon the same being filed, it shall be considered by the authorities on merits, in accordance with law.
