The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015 registered under Sections 364 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioners are not named in the first information report. Their names have surfaced only on the basis of confessional statement given by the accused persons who are named in the first information report. It is submitted that petitioners have no

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
