2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023 dated 11.02.2023 instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner, who is a Panchayat Teacher, is that she got appointment on the basis of forged educational certificate.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner was duly appointed as Panchayat Teacher. However,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51356 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 after getting knowledge about the forged marksheet, she herself left the job and later on, terminated by the Department in the year 2017. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
