The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner kidnapped the daughter of the informant and took away her at some distant places. The informant searched her, but could not trace out.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 6.2.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The victim has been examined under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44128 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 Section 164 of Cr.P.C. There is no allegation of physical or sexual assault alleged against the petitioner. There was love affair between the petitioner and the victim. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. case No.286 of 2018. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
