Petitioner happens to be younger brother-in-law of the informant, and contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant pressurized the petitioner to solemnize his marriage with her and when petitioner refused to solemnized the marriage, the informant lodged this case. It is further contended by him that moreover, the parties have already settled their dispute amicably with happy note of compromise.

. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
