The petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 399 of 2019 (Excise Case No. 1047 of 2019), instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that recovery of illicit liquor has been made from flour Mill of Dilip Kumar @ Santosh. Petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion. Police made search of person of the petitioner and one Mobile Phone has been recovered.

Petitioner is in custody since 7.6.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
