One idol is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and co-accused but the aforesaid seized idol was not sent to the concerned department to determine as to whether the aforesaid idol comes under antique-article. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, above named, petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 1,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Lalganj P.S.Case No. 231 of 2014. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) Namita/- U T
