Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was earlier rejected thrice by this Court.

It appears that the trial was pending only for doctor's evidence. Now, the doctor has been examined.

In view of such, this application for grant of regular bail in Sessions Trial No.334 of 2009 arising out of Patroy P.S. Case No.126 of 2008 pending before the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur, has become infructuous.

It is dismissed as such.

The trial Court is directed to expedite the conclusion of the trial without giving unnecessary adjournment to any party. (Anjana Prakash, J) JA/- U T
