2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 354A, 354B/34 registered in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018, G.R. No. 633 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and as a matter of fact the same has been instituted as a result of enmity between the petitioners and Abhay Tiwary with whom she was going on motorcycle at the time of occurrence. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.
4. Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence alleged and the specific accusation against the petitioners as

No.66732 of 2018(3) dt.15-02-2019 2/2 well as in absence of any material to disclose any enmity between the petitioners and the said Abhay Tiwary, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. It is made clear that if the petitioners surrender and seek for regular bail before the Court below, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merits. (Vikash Jain, J) Ibrar//- U T
