Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 12.04.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2559 of 2013.

Perused the report of the Additional Sessions Judge, VII, Patna, dated 14.01.2015, from which it appears that out of nine witnesses five have been examined and for examination of the remaining four witnesses the Additional PP has been directed to produce them on the next date.

In view of the active steps being undertaken for ensuring the conclusion of trial in terms of the earlier order, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner.
