It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that ever since 1987 up till year 2004 petitioners have intermittently

Patna High Court CWJC No.1781 of 2015 dt.31-08-2018 2/2 worked for considerable period against the post which they were engaged. He submits that in the light of resolution dated 16.3.2006 bearing no. 639 issued by the State Government they would be making their claim for benefits of regularisation thereunder in view of the fact that even today, the work being performed by them, is required to the Department.

In view of the limited submission, made by learned counsel for the petitioners, and since leaned counsel for the State has not objection to the filing of any such representation by the petitioners before the respondents, this Court would only observe that if the petitioners are keen on making representation for consideration of their claim, they should make their claim before respondent no. 2 within a period of four weeks. In the event, representation is made, the petitioners' claim would be considered in accordance with law subject to availability/requirement by the respondents within a period of six months thereof. The writ petition is disposed of.
