The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 476 of 2017, registered under Sections 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of torturing of informant, Rina Kumari, by her husband (petitioner) and other in-laws for not fulfilling the demand of dowry and cash of Rs.1,00,000/- and also to perform re-marriage by the husband of the informant. Submission is that petitioner is the husband of the informant and he has falsely been implicated on mere suspicion about performing re-marriage by the petitioner. Petitioner is in

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihta P.S.
