Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was rejected twice by this Court.

Perused the report of the 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Patna, from which it appears that out of six witnesses five have already been examined and the last i.e. PW 6 was also partly examined by 19.11.2014.

In view of such, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. Prayer of the Petitioner for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.1843 of 2011 arising out of Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.298 of 2011 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, VIII, Patna, is once again rejected.
