====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER -------------- 03-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State as also the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No.541 of 2016 registered under Sections 498(A) and 313 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submit that the dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13660 of 2017 (3) dt.03-08-2017 2/3 respectively, was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna, for settlement where the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 settled their dispute in terms of the agreement entered into between them, which is the part of the report dated 01.08.2017 of the Mediator, Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna. Accordingly, the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 decided to settle their dispute as one time settlement under which the petitioner will pay Rs.8,00,000/- to the opposite party no.2 within three months and, thereafter, both the parties will dissolve their marriage and will lead their life independently. Both the parties will withdraw their cases pending against each other. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will pay Rs.8,00,000/- to the opposite party no.2 within three months.

Since the dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 has already been settled before the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Town P.S. Case No.541 of 2016,
