Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Cas3e No. 650 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are brother-in-law (Devar), father-in-law (Sasur) and mother-in-law (Saas) of the complainant respectively. As a matter of fact, the complaint wants to separate from her in-laws, and therefore, the present false case has been lodged implicating the present petitioners to pressurize them.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of M. Manohar, Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua in connection with Complaint Case No. 650 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
