Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance by way of a representation dated 06.03.2025 (Annexure-P/7) to the District Land Acquisition Officer, Banka i.e. Respondent No. 2 herein. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to consider the said representation strictly in accordance with law and take necessary steps. The petitioner and any other interested person shall be put on notice and, in case, any charges

Patna High Court CWJC No.12222 of 2025(2) dt.17-12-2025 2/2 are to be paid by the petitioner, he shall pay the same within the time granted by the Respondent No. 2. The authority shall endeavour to complete the exercise as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
