Taking into consideration that the petitioner is said to have opened fire on informant causing firearm injury to him on his vital part of the body, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Agiaon (G) P.S.Case No. 52 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
