Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for offence punishable under sections 307 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Son of the informant was assaulted by all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners as a result of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57747 of 2021(2) dt.04-07-2022 2/2 which three persons sustained injuries and injury caused to Hasan Kumar was found to be grievous in nature. In view of the nature of injuries, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
