1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case No. 24 of 2023 dated 09.05.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner is 19 years old as per self-statement of Sub-Inspector Parveen Kumar on which basis the FIR was lodged and the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 10.05.2023. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a student and at the time of alleged recovery of the firearms, he was studying

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer.

5. Considering the above submissions and mainly the petitioner's young age as well as his fair and clean antecedent, this Court is inclined to accept his bail prayer. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Kartaha P.S.
