The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Piri Bazar P.S.Case No. 56 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 506, 354-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch Practices Act. Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioners entered into the house of the informant and pulled her out of the house and assaulted her by calling her as Dian (Witch) and forced her to be nude by pulling her clothes and set her clothes on fire, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application preferred under
