The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 9.9.2020,whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of eight weeks.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on going through the contents of the modification application, the Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. The order dated 9.9.2020 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of six

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7815 of 2021(2) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 weeks from today.

The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
