JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 None appears on behalf of the petitioners, while learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 Sri Samir Kumar, Advocate and Addl. P.P. appearing for the State are present. This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. against the order dated 30.01.2013 passed in Cr. Revision No. 311 of 2012 by the Court of Adhoc Addl. Sessions Judge-IV, Araria, wherein order dated 06.06.2012 passed in case No. 222M of 2012 under Section 116(3) of Cr.P.C. directing the second party/petitioner in the proceeding to execute the bond to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21336 of 2013 (4) dt.03-03-2016 2/2 maintain the peace in respect of disputed land till the pendency of the proceeding.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 2 submits that in compliance of order dated 06.06.2012 passed in Case No. 222M of 2012 by the Court of SDM, Araria, which was affirmed by the Court of Adhoc Addl. Sessions Judge-IV, Araria in Cr. Revision No. 311 of 2012 through the impugned order dated 30.01.2013 has already been complied by executing the bond by the members of the Second Party including the petitioners on 06.02.2013 in the Court of SDM, Araria.

Since, the order dated 06.06.2012 has already been complied with as such, I do not find any reason to entertain this application. Hence, this application is hereby dismissed. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
