JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 04-09-2018 We have heard learned counsel for the parties and we have perused the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in compliance of the order passed by this Court on 18.05.2018 and in view of the position explained therein, we are of the opinion that the matter does not require any further persuasion save and except that the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur shall abide by the statements made therein.
