The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 323, 341, 354(B), 448, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-8/12 of the POCSO Act. The prosecution case, in brief, is that when daughter of the informant was returning from coaching centre, the accused persons misbehaved with her with wrong intention. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68166 of 2018(3) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 parties. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place due to petty reason.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S.
