2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 142 of 2018.

3. At the outset itself, learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant appearing suo motu states that processes under Sections 82 and 83 Cr. P.C. are already concluded against the petitioners and as such the anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.
