2. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 30 (a) , 32, 41 and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , 24 liters illicit foreign liquor was recovered from the house of petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that huge quantity of illicit liquor was
