JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-07-2019 The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the authorities to pay him the ACP, revised post-retirement benefits and other consequential increments to which the petitioner is entitled. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite the entitlement of the petitioner, the same has not been made available to him even when the petitioner has retired on 31.01.2000. The petitioner has been representing for redressal of his grievances

Patna High Court CWJC No.14042 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 ever since his retirement but such entreaties have yielded no result.

The petitioner, under the aforesaid circumstances is directed to make a fresh representation before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Chakia, East Champaran, Motihari (respondent No. 3), detailing his grievances within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same shall have the matter enquired and pass a reasoned order within eight weeks thereafter. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, needless to state that necessary sequel order shall be passed by the concerned respondent.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
