JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-10-2021 This case has been heard out of turn on the ground that the petitioners are ladies and that this application was filed in the year 2020 and has not been taken up even once. Heard Mr. Bimal Kumar, the learned Advocate for the petitioners and Mr. Mukesh Kumar Singh, the learned APP for the State.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17012 of 2021(3) dt.05-10-2021 2/3 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Katihar (Town) P.S. Case No. 356 of 2020, dated 04.07.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are the brother-in-law, mother-inlaw and the sister-in-law of the deceased respectively. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the accusation against them is absolutely false and is general and omnibus in nature.

The husband of the deceased is in custody since 05.07.2020. It has also been submitted that the deceased and her husband led a separate existence and the petitioners had always been separate in mess and business. Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
