Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected several times by this Hon'ble Court and lastly vide order dated 02.09.2020 with an observation to conclude the trial of the case within a period of four months.

A report was called for from the Court of learned Additional Session Judge-VI, Patna City, regarding stage of Sessions Trial No. 774 of 2016 which is kept at flag 'X' to the petition.

From perusal of the report dated 24.09.2020, it appears that the case if pending for final argument. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the stage of trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner,

However, taking into consideration the period of custody i.e., 11.01.2016, trial court is directed to expedite the trial within a period of two months from today. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Saif/- U T
