Mr. Binod Kumar, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-05-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court proceeding. The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/302/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code.
For land dispute there is case and counter case. The allegation is general and omnibus of commission of assault by several persons including the petitioners. The assault resulted

Submission is that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 17.08.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Allegation is not specific against the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the informant and State opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering general and omnibus nature of allegation and completion of investigation coupled with lack of material that petitioner could not cooperate with the trial or tamper with the evidence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.255 of 2020, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners. (c) The petitioners shall not leave the country
