2. This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 178 of 2021 arising out of S.T. No. 241 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 120B, 307, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27(3) of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the prayer of the petitioner was rejected on 19.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 44451 of 2024, which reads as under:

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State.

2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail as earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 5.7.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38583 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 178 of 2021 arising out of S.T. No. 241 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 120B, 307, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27(3) of the Arms Act.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that the trial is on the verge of conclusion.
