The petitioner seeks bail in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 226 of 2010 under Section 364 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant Serajuddin made allegation of kidnapping of his son by the accused persons and others. The informant named 17 persons in the F.I.R. The son of the informant returned and he also disclosed that the accused persons assaulted him but somehow he fled away from their captivity. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused Sahdeo Das has already been enlarged on bail and the petitioner is in jail since 04.08.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that similarly situated co-accused has already been enlarged on bail, the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45837 of 2014 (4) dt.20-04-2015 2/2 named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction Sri Rajiv Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghatti, District Gaya in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 226/2010.
