The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The police apprehended the petitioner and obtained the confessional statement of the petitioner. Except the confessional statement the police did not collect any material to show the involvement of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rosera in connection with Vibhutipur P.S.
