JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the concerned Consumer Forum for redressal of their grievances.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, however, with a further direction that in case the petitioners approach the concerned Consumer Forum within a period of four weeks from today, the case of the petitioners shall be considered on merits.
