No. 35052 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

2. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is disposed of with the condition that if the amount, as stipulated in the order dated 28.07.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 35052 of 2021, is not deposited within a period of four weeks, the bail bond of the petitioner shall be cancelled and he shall be taken into custody.

3. The time for surrender of the petitioner is extended by four weeks from today.
