Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barsoi (Sudhani O.P. P.S. Case No. 187 of 2018) registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 323, 379, 504/307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only with a view to put pressure for solemnizing marriage. It is further submitted that the present complaint case has been filed after four months without there being any explanation. Moreover, in the medical report no any injury has been found. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
