The petitioner seeks bail in Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 46 of 2014 under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. The petitioner was apprehended alongwith Jitendra Kumar Sharma and the stolen motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR1AT-4222 was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent and he is accused in three criminal cases registered in the years 2007, 2009 and 2010 but the petitioner is in jail since 28.02.2014. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than one year and two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33709 of 2014 (9) dt.28-04-2015 2 / 2 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 46 of 2014.
