JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 Heard Sri Jai Shankar Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pramod Kumar Pandey, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Anuj Kumar, learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender. The petitioner is one of the named accused in the F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. However, Sri Pandey, learned Addl. Public

No.65797 of 2018(6) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 Prosecutor, by way of referring to paragraph-15 of the case diary, submits that at least one witness, during investigation, has stated that this petitioner has inflicted knife blow. In such situation, there is no reason to entertain the anticipatory bail petition. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
