JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus of any other appropriate or direction commanding the Respondent Authorities for regularization of services of the petitioner as Driver who is working as daily wages on Path Belan Khalasi since 17/2/1989, because the State Government revised extended the cut of date from 1/8/1985 to 10/12/1990 for regularization of services of daily wages employees who are appointed prior to 10/12/1990."
At the the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.11685 of 2015(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 submits that since the services of the petitioner has already been regularized, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, however, he be granted liberty to approach the respondent-authorities for payment of the outstanding arrears of salary, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
