JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 In the instant case, a joint compromise affidavit has been filed on behalf of petitioner and respondents on 24.3.2017. Mr. Shravan Kumar, learned Sr. counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Rashid Izhar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 as well as Mr. Ashok Kumar Dubey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 to 4 submit that parties have voluntarily compromised and they have filed joint compromise affidavit.

After hearing the counsels and on from perusal of compromise affidavit, the Court finds that parties have worked out solution of their dispute and they have framed three schedules for distribution of their properties. Considering the three schedules appended to the compromise affidavit, the present application is disposed of. The dispute between the parties are hereby settled in terms of three schedules appended to the joint compromise affidavit on 24.3.2017.
