The petitioner, on account of orders passed by the Appellate Authority as well as the Reviewing Authority on 13.03.2012 and 06.03.2009, is being deprived of the promotional benefits which is the issue in the instant writ proceedings.

He seeks liberty to assail the order of the Reviewing Authority by filing a fresh writ petition in accordance with law. Liberty is granted to the
