The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ariyari P.S.Case No. 28 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 337, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the submission that the allegation of opening fire against the informant is against the grand sons of the petitioner, namely, Kanhaiya Yadav and Sanjay Yadav and further that the injuries caused to the mother of the informant by one Nawlesh Yadav and the petitioner were found simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46083 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari P.S.Case No. 28 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
