The petitioner seeks his bail in Rajgir P.S.Case No.96 of 2014 registered under Sections 307 and other sections of the IPC and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The petitioner took his wife to Rajgir and is alleged to have given two dagger blows which hit on her neck causing grievous injury. The doctor has opined the injury on neck grievous. It is submitted that the petitioner has animosity. The informant has illicit relationship with a boy of her village. Considering the allegation that the petitioner gave two dagger blows on the neck of his wife causing grievous injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
