2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioners for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 326, 307, 354B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Kalyanpur P.S.Case No. 49 of 2024.

3. Allegedly, while the petitioners along with other accused persons were using filthy languages, the informant objected them to do so, whereupon petitioner no.3 pushed her to the ground. In the meantime, the husband of the informant came to her rescue, whereupon the accused persons attacked the husband of the informant, causing injuries on his head.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. They are the persons of clean antecedents. It is further submitted that the injuries suffered by the victim are simple in nature. It is also stated that some other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 03.07.2024, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 45232 of 2024.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S.Case No. 49 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
