ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to delete O.P. no. 2, i.e. the Secretary Urban Development, Patna and implead instead of him, the Secretary, Department of Panchayati Raj, Patna, Government of Bihar as O.P. no. 2. In view of the fact that the Secretary, Urban Development Department has been made a party by mistake, his personal appearance is dispensed with in the court. In pursuance to the earlier order, the District Magistrate, Rohtas is present in Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State and learned counsel for Zila Parishad and Development Commission, Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad has sent a report stating that the necessary facilities which were to be provided to the petitioner in

Patna High Court MJC No.2301 of 2012(13) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 accordance with the directions of the court had already been complied. After perusal of the Annexure-8 to the show cause filed by the District Magistrate today it appears that much headway has been made after the order passed by the court and if at all any grievance remains the petitioner shall be at liberty to pursue the matter before the concerned Zila Parishad who shall take necessary steps to redress the grievance. In view of facts and circumstances, this contempt application stands disposed off.
